EXECPTIONAL FOOD & WINE

It is our belief that the kitchen (and the chief) are at the heart of the home and that good food and fine wine are a vital part of the hunt and your stay with us at Las Loberuelas. Much of the food you will be served during your stay with us will have been sourced on the estate from the herbs from the garden, the oranges and almonds in the fields around the lodge to the wild boar, venison and naturally partridge that roam free on the estate. 

It should be noted that while we will take your dietary requests on board our daily menu is governed by the finest produce in our local market each morning and are generally not pre planned.

LOCAL INGREDIENTS - INTERNATIONAL FLAVOUR

The estate is at the heart of a massive agricultural area of Spain and as such the majority of our food is grown locally the only exception being our fish that is sourced by trusted coastal suppliers and is delivered within hours of leaving the sea. 

Where possible we try not to buy produce from overseas and feel confident that not only does our food benefit from only using the finest and freshest local ingredients but our carbon footprint is considerably lower as a result. 

We also benefit form a chief who has travelled the world sampling food and cultures and brings these influences into the kitchen where a passion of food is combined with an exceptional imagination and knowledge to serve traditional Spanish food with a truly international flavour.
